I help people who want to live more fulfilled lives. Sometimes this boils down to relationships with others but more importantly and most often, with self. When people come to see me for anxiety, trauma, maternal mental health, or loss, they are desperate to feel better. No one wants to live with chest tightness, a racing heartbeat, or negative thoughts, but letting that anxiety go can also feel scary because it’s helped “keep us safe” and guide us for so long.

My clients tell me they feel understood and that I “get them.” They say that the counseling process isn’t always easy but they come out feeling lighter, calmer, and more confident in managing life. When we sit with pain, patterns and parts of us that need understanding and compassion, we acknowledge instead of ignore, explore instead of judge, and this creates healing and relief. It is my honor to walk alongside my brave clients as we do this work together. Less conflict, more peace. Less anxiety, more trust and confidence in ourselves.

I know from my own journey that it’s possible to heal from pain and make positive steps to feel loved, worthy and fulfilled in your relationships with self and others, and ultimately in life. So many things start with self-love and THAT love will change your life. If you’re ready for this healing, call or message me today for a complimentary consultation.

One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.
